The time has come, to talk of other things–of shoes and ships and sealing wax, and cabbages and kings. And why the sea is boiling hot, and whether pigs have wings. Calloo, Callay, no work today, we’re the cabbages and kings.(The Walrus) Stretch your mind and awaken those brain cells Absolom invites you to fascinate and destroy your opponent, in a challenge beyond all wonders, claim the prize for the biggest head… I mean Brains. Grease those Gears and get amongst it.

The Wanderers, The Wonderers, Mad Hatters and Cheshire Catters, Come and Join us for our annual Steampunk Parade. see some amazing costumes, vehicles, contraptions and adaptions. Bring your wonderland inspired steampunk creations and lets put on a show!!

Saturday 9th November – Parade start at 11am
10.30am muster at The corner of Willoughby and Pollen street (outside of number one shoes) Parade procession then will travel down Pollen Street to Cochrane Street and then back to Pahau street for the Entertainment.

After Parade Entertainment

Music and entertainment after the parade Out side on the grounds of St James Church (Thames Union Parish) There will be a Punk my Ride competition for vehicles followed by entertainment  to be confirmed. Fun for the whole Family.
